Picture: Natalie RobertsTHE Australian Brewery in Rouse Hill is taking on the brewing giants of Australia and expanding its business interstate.
Having expanded its client base to 20 locations around NSW, the company has developed six unique Australian beers which are served at Castle Hill’s Hillside Tavern, Baulkham Hills Bowling Club and Carlingford Bowling Club.
Beer ambassador for The Australian Brewery, David Ward, said the company and Coopers are the only two major breweries in the country who are Australian owned.
“We have plans to become the biggest brewery in Australia,” Mr Ward said.
“We’ve already got the best beer in the country with our champion pilsner lager which won first place at the Royal Adelaide Show.”
The Australian Brewery serves six flagship beers which include; a pilsner, apple and blackcurrent cider, dark larger, light beer cerveza mexican-style beer and a pale ale.
